Also on another page they have an article saying crackers will be allowed only till 10 pm for diwali and then in the same breath they say that loudspeakers are ok. Then we're told that the dengue toll is rising.

Rules should be the same for everyone. 10:30 lights and music out in openspaces and that should be followed.Someone bombed 100 people he should be killed too. There is disease everywhere stop reporting it start cleaning up the city. These are the rules. Since when did they get mixed up, since when did people start getting confused about what is right and wrong?Has everybody really gone mad?
